Discount / Voucher Codes

This section applies when using a code at checkout to apply a discount to your order or part of your order.

Codes must be entered at the time of checkout and cannot be applied to any order after payment has been completed.
Codes can be used for online purchases only and are not available for telephone orders or orders placed by other means.
Unless specifically stated in the voucher detail, codes cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
When a code is used alongside a promotional offer which does not require a code (for example a discounted domain registration or discounted package offer), then the greater of the two discounts shall apply.
Unless otherwise stated in the voucher detail, discounts apply to the initial purchase period only. The renewal price will be subject to standard pricing.
Codes applying to domains are for domain registration only and do not apply to domain transfers or renewals.
Codes may be subject to qualifying criteria to be valid, for example, buy one service to get a discount on another service. Refer to the voucher details for qualifying criteria.
We reserve the right, without notice, to withdraw codes at any time or to change the value or qualifying criteria of any code.

This section covers the purchasing of a Web Hosting package where we offer a free domain registration and/or SSL certificate (secure hosting).

Free domain registration is available only when paying for the hosting package in advance for one year or more.
The free domain must be registered at the same time the hosting package is purchased and cannot be added later.
The free domain is available for single year registrations only and will automatically renew at the normal renewal rate for that domain extension, unless cancelled by you.
The free domain is for new registrations only, you cannot use the free domain to renew or transfer an existing domain.
Free domains are for standard domains only and excludes all premium domains.
By registering a free domain, you accept and agree to our Domain Services Terms.
Where a domain is suspended or cancelled, in line with our Domain Service Terms, no refund shall be available for the service or package.
Free SSL certificates apply to basic certificates only.
Free SSL certificates are not transferable to a different hosting package or hosting provider.
Free SSL certificates are valid for a period of 90 days and are automatically renewed by us every 60 days for the first year of hosting. After one year, the certificates are automatically renewed at the normal price, unless otherwise cancelled by you.
Free SSL certificates are not set-up automatically and must be activated by you using our control panel.

These offers may be amended or withdrawn at any time and without notice.

This section covers the registration of a domain name where the extension is offered at a discounted price compared to our normal selling price.

Discounts are applied automatically during the ordering process.
Discounts apply to new registrations for standard domains and excludes domain transfers and premium domains.
Unless otherwise stated, discounts apply to the first-year registration only. Additional years are charged at the normal rate.
Discounts are not valid on renewals or transfers
There are no limits to the number of domains any customer may purchase while the domain is available at the discounted rate.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any domain discount at any time and without notice.

This section applies to the set-up and use of our free email service – Mail Lite.

Mail Lite is available free with any domain registration or transfer.
Mail Lite is not created automatically and must be set-up by you using our online control panel.
Only one Mail Lite account is available per domain.
You may upgrade a free email account to a paid account at any time to take advantage of the extra features and storage; but cannot downgrade from a paid account to a free account.
Mail Lite works only with the POP3 protocol and can be used only to get email on one device. It cannot be used to synchronise email between different devices.
Use of a Mail Lite account is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy and Email and Exchange Terms of Service.
A Mail Lite account, and all content, will be deleted if not accessed for a period of 60 days.
Our free email offer may be withdrawn or changed at any time and without notice.
In the event that we withdraw an existing free mail service, no refund shall be available for the registration, transfer or renewal.

This section covers purchases of our “Lifetime Hosting” offer.

Lifetime Hosting cannot be purchased in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
Any customer may purchase a maximum of five Lifetime Hosting packages.
The Lifetime Hosting package must be assigned a domain at the time of purchase. The hosting package will work only with that domain and cannot be used in conjunction with another domain or transferred to another domain.
“Lifetime” means the lifetime of the associated domain.
The associated domain will be registered and renewed at the normal rates for that extension.
The domain must be hosted by us, the service can't be used with a domain hosted by a 3rd party.
The Lifetime Hosting service will expire the same day the domain expires. The Lifetime Hosting service is not subject to a grace period - if a domain expires and is subsequently renewed while in grace period, the Lifetime Hosting shall remain expired.
Cancelling the associated domain means you are also cancelling the Lifetime Hosting package.
Addons/Extras will be charged at the normal price for that addon.
We reserve the right to cancel your Lifetime Hosting as per section 3 of our General Terms and Conditions.
